Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one of Bollywood’s most renowned and critically acclaimed performers. With the moving and captivating roles he plays, the multifaceted actor has won over both the public and critics. For his developing career, the possibilities are endless. But it wasn’t always that way. The actor from Manto came from a modest background. His home in Mumbai serves as a sobering reminder that perseverance is the key to success. In every discussion he has, Nawaz’s humility and dedication to his job shines through. Let’s examine his home and how Nawaz has decorated it using a minimalist style.

The Dream Nest of Nawazuddin Siddiqui Combines Modern and Vintage Architectural Styles

With its sun-kissed terrace, wooden steps, white marble exterior, and lavish design, the home stays loyal to its name while offering hints of Nawabi architecture. Nawaz desired a place where he could unwind and take a step back that felt warm and inviting. There is a wooden French door at the entrance. A wooden billiard table and posters of well-known Moliere and Shakespearean plays adorn the hall. The National School of Drama’s corridor served as the model for this. Additionally, there is a small bar with a seating space for patrons in one corner. Nawaz says he enjoys experimenting with various colors and styles.

The house’s global atmosphere complements the actor’s extensive knowledge of interior design. His home’s upstairs hall, where he unwinds and watches movies, is one of its biggest draws. To avoid feeling smothered, he decided to install large windows. The space opens up to a tiny balcony with white marble railings carved by Jali. The location is adorned with lush vegetation, lending a sense of tranquility.

After that, he shows us his makeup area, which is the focal point of a giant oak vanity mirror in the style of Hollywood. Nawaz then extends an invitation to his patio, which provides a respite from the bustle of the city. There, he converses with his classmates for the most of his evenings.

The actor claims that the smallest room in the home is his bedroom. “I want to stay true to my roots,” he says in jest. The room is well-furnished with a few pots and a poster but otherwise features tiny furniture. The following stop is another hall, which Nawaz refers to as the house’s busiest area. Posters of some of the most well-known plays and playwrights have been used to adorn the walls.

In remembrance of his father, who greatly influenced his life, Nawaz affectionately named his home “Nawab.” Nawaz wanted a diary of his childhood house in Uttar Pradesh, not merely a building made of bricks and stones. He desired a place where time was suspended. For this reason, he designed the house in a style that evokes memories. Nawab is a place where luxury and sophistication coexist in Versova, Mumbai. He has placed trinkets that hold significant meaning for him in every area of the house.
