Maneesh Media releases new book on PM Modi on Women’s Day; book is dedicated to the PM’s mother

The International Women’s Day 2022 has just been celebrated across the world to honor the remarkable hard work and achievements of women in every field. US-based Maneesh Media, celebrated the day by releasing a new book on Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at a significant and memorable event. 

There has been tremendous technological development in every field including the global book publishing industry and eBooks have become more popular than hardbacks. But, there is an old world charm about hard-covered books including coffee table books which are still our friends. Maneesh Media has so far presented 46 coffee table books to the world and added to that number by releasing a new publication called ‘India Calling 2022.’ 

PM Modi has made 113 international trips, visiting 62 countries as of March 2022, since he was initially elected in 2014.  Many books have been written about the Indian Premier. But, the new book from Maneesh Media is different from those books as it is focused on those 113 foreign trips of PM Modi and the outcome of those journeys. 

One of the highlights of ‘India Calling 2022’ is the Indian Prime Minister’s recent visit to America during which he met US President Joe Biden, and Vice President Kamala Harris.

The 525-page book was dedicated to PM Modi’s 102-year-old mother, Heeraben Modi, during an event hosted at Hotel Chicago Marriott Northwest on the occasion of International Woman’s Day 2022.

Of the 46 coffee table books that Maneesh Media has presented to the world so far, two publications were released by Former US President Bill Clinton when he visited India in the year 2000. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also released two publications of Maneesh Media, one when he visited the US in 2014, and the other in 2016 when he went to Kenya. 

A life of dignity is the birthright of every woman. Empowered women contribute to the health and productivity of whole families and communities and improved prospects for the next generation. Maneesh Media gives importance to women’s empowerment as it is key to advancing the development of every country. Hence, during the event the company also acknowledged women’s empowerment by honoring and recognizing the significant efforts of women to make the world a better place to live in. Maneesh Media released the new book ‘India Calling 2022’ at the event by distributing it to 75 women. This was a mark of honor for the outstanding work these women have done in their respective fields. The women were also bestowed with the Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav shawls to acknowledge their remarkable efforts and achievements. 

The partner in the event was Mrs. Santosh Kulshrestha Kumar, who serves as Founding Executive Director, of Metropolitan Asian Family, Chicago.  Mrs. Santosh Kumar is also known as the ‘Mother Teresa of Chicago’ for her commendable social services.  She is always present and dedicated to fulfill the needs of the downtrodden and serve the community. Mrs. Santosh Kumar has cooperated with Mr. Chandmal Kumawat, Chairman, Maneesh Media, for the event.

Such anecdotes seemed to inspire him to keep going for a while. And then he told himself “Isn’t this what the world needed to learn and grow?”

Mr. Chandmal then took the initial move in 1999 by launching Rangeelo Rajasthan, a memento on the hotel sector to assist visitors to Jaipur. The plan was to make it easier for the many industry leaders to visit this city. It was a little step, but it was the first. And now, Maneesh Media has been around for more than 2 decades, during which period it has gained a wealth of experience, many inspirations, relationships, and memories.
