Manoj Bajpayee is certainly one of the most talented and most versatile actors of the Indian film industry and currently he is gearing up for his next movie, Bhaiyya Ji which is set to release on 24 May 2024. Directed by Apoorv Singh Karki, it is an action packed movie in which a man stands for his family against those who have done wrong with his family.
Manoj Bajpayee has given many good acting performances including the one of Sardar Khan which he played in Gangs of Wasseypur (2012) which was directed by Anurag Kashyap. However, before Gangs of Wasseypur, Manoj and Anurag didn’t work together for 11-12 years and when Manoj Bajpayee was asked about it, he said that Anurag didn’t need him as his (Manoj’s) career was going down.
This is what Manoj Bajpayee said, “There was a misunderstanding about one thing, and we didn’t talk about it. Now it has become so big on social media that sometimes when embarrassment occurs, things are exaggerated. We didn’t talk because I felt, he wasn’t making films of my type, and he also felt that there was no need for Manoj Bajpayee right now because his career was going down. So both of us were enjoying our lives separately, he didn’t need me, and I didn’t need him.”
Manoj Bajpayee is also working on the third part of the web series, The Family Man.
