Noted motivational trainer and philanthropist Mrs. Tarla Lall was recently conferred with the prestigious National Education Award, 2022, for being the Educational Reformist of the Year Award. The award, held in Mumbai on 22nd May, was powered by the Ministry of MEMS & corporate Affairs in collaboration with Times applaud, a renowned digital media network.
Mrs. Tarla Lall, who goes on to make a difference in the lives of others with the utmost care, compassion, and love, won the award for her outstanding contribution to the upliftment of the education system and the nation-building process.
Mrs. Tarla Lall’s strong intention and future vision to raise the bar of education in the country, especially for women, was visible in her statement where she pronounced, “There is a huge percentage of women in our society who are either isolated at home or excluded from making any financial decision, just because they are not well educated. Imagine if these women are given educational and vocational training that focuses on generating additional income, then we will not only empower an individual but the country. In this way, we are converting the available unused resources of the nation into revenue generators, thereby raising national income.”
By nature, simple, self-motivated but socially conscious woman, Mrs. Tarla always places work over anything else. The disciplined motivational trainer has been very passionate about her work since the beginning of her career. Her passion for training brought her to the training industry in 2003, with more than 19 years of training experience in this field, Mrs. Lall never fails to put extra effort into inspiring individuals to take action to change their life with positive assertion and help them with accountability to raise themselves to greatness.
