The clamshell Galaxy Z Flip 7 might have an internal Exynos 2500 chipset, while the book-style Galaxy Z Fold 7 is expected to have a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. Supported by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoCs, they are anticipated to replace the current Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, respectively.

This suggests that the South Korean technology giant is on schedule with the production schedule that was leaked earlier. In July 2024, the company’s foldable phones of the current generation were introduced.
According to a previous rumor, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 phones may be on sale a few weeks after being unveiled in a few international markets in early July.
Samsung will expect to produce three million Galaxy Z Flip 7s and two million Galaxy Z Fold 7s this year. Compared to the previous generation, these figures are 40% lower. It is said that the lower production goal was a reaction to the prior foldables’ failure to reach sales targets.
An Exynos 2500 chipset is anticipated to power the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7. It was earlier predicted to receive the same Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is expected to get.
