This fun word depicts how our attention jumps from one thought or action to another like popcorn kernels. Despite appearing innocent, popcorn brain can negatively damage mental health and productivity.

  • Reduced Focus and Productivity: Constantly switching stimuli reduces our ability to focus. This reduces productivity, misses deadlines, and makes you feel inadequate.
