Sudhir Singh, CEO of Quality Rubber Roller Inc. has bagged year’s “Visionary Leaders of India 2024” award. This award was given to him for innovation in the rubber industry. Actually, Quality Rubber Roller Inc. is the only MSME based in Indore, which is equipped with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (Testing and Calibration Laboratory). It started in Kanpur in 2003, after which it established itself as a leading manufacturer of rubber rollers in Beeta Park, Indore. Quality Rubber sale all over India and for export has shared the contract with a renowned company based in Ahmedabad.
Sudhir Singh, popularly known as “Chemical Man”, has developed fiber (Du-Pont USA) blend in natural and synthetic rubber technology of the highest quality and low cost, this is an innovation in the rubber industry. Due to this research, the rubber industry is not only benefiting from this but also high quality products are being produced at low cost.
Confident and passionate Sudhir Singh himself is a post graduate in Chemistry and keeps doing new experiments with the aim of bringing a new revolution in the rubber industry in guidance of Indian Rubber Institute Mumbai. He also gives free consultation to many small industries in rubber formulation etc. He believes in learning and studying, so he has joined the GMP 23-24 batch of the prestigious management institute XLRI and is learning the nuances and tricks of the field of management under the mentorship of Professor Faisal Ahsan along with scholars Indresh Mishra, Sahil Kapoor, Sunita Nandi, Sidra Aziz, Shivani Chandra, Amit Sinha, Ashok Singh and Garima Anand.
Having a short-term course certificate in Economic Excellence from Harvard Business School, he likes to read books and is also a music lover. He is associated with the city’s leading singing group. “Sur Junction” along with his wife Vandana Singh. And is also a reciprocal member of the famous Yashwant Club of Malwa.
Sudhir Singh considers Mr. Himanshu Rai, Director IIM Indore (Negotiation Expert), as his role model. He credits his success to Mr. Yogesh Mehta (AIMP President) and his friends.
