Sunny Deol Applauds South Cinema, Expresses Desire To Settle There

As Sunny Deol gears up for the release of his upcoming film Jaat, excitement among fans continues to build following the unveiling of its trailer.

At the recent trailer launch event, the veteran actor spoke highly of the film’s producers and took a moment to appreciate the South Indian film industry. He expressed his admiration for the way South filmmakers approach cinema and urged Hindi filmmakers to take inspiration from them.

Sharing his thoughts on the industry, Sunny Deol remarked, “I want producers of Bombay to learn (from them). You all call it Bollywood, but first refer to it as Hindi cinema, and learn how to make cinema with love (from south filmmakers)…I thoroughly enjoyed working with all of them. I told them (makers), ‘Let’s do another film’. Maybe I shall go and settle there (in the South).”

His statement not only reflected his deep respect for South Indian cinema but also sparked discussions about the creative and cultural differences between regional industries.

With Jaat set to hit the screens soon, Sunny Deol’s admiration for South Indian filmmaking has further fueled curiosity about his collaboration and future prospects in the industry.
