Popular Telugu YouTuber Harsha Sai has found himself in serious legal trouble following a complaint filed by an actress and film producer at the Narsingi police station in Telangana. The case, which initially started as a financial fraud complaint, has escalated significantly, with the woman now accusing Harsha of both s*xual assault and blackmail.
The actress claims that Harsha Sai cheated her of ₹2 crore under the pretext of marriage. In a shocking turn of events, she also alleged that Harsha raped her and blackmailed her with explicit photos and videos. As a result, the police have registered a case against Harsha under Sections 376 (rape) and 354 (assault or criminal force intended to violate the private parts of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code.
The woman has been sent for a medical examination, which could provide further evidence in the investigation. If the allegations are proven, Harsha Sai could face severe legal consequences, including imprisonment.
Harsha Sai gained widespread popularity for his philanthropic content, which often went viral on social media.
