Taarak Mehta’s Mrs. Sodhi aka Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal reacts to the claims saying she has done it all to enter a controversial reality show.
The TV show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is getting a lot of negative publicity after some actors have openly slammed the makers for various reasons such as non-payment of dues, male chauvinist environment on sets, etc. but the most serious allegations have been leveled by actress Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal.
The actress who used to play the character of Mrs. Sodhi in the serial has accused the makers of sexual harassment and she has also filed a police complaint in this regard. While some have come out in support of Jennifer, there were many who questioned her for remaining silent for so many years and they even alleged that she is doing all this in order to get a chance in any reality show such as Bigg Boss.
When Jennifer is asked about these allegations, she says that she has been a part of the TV industry for nearly 19 years but nothing controversial has been heard about her till now and as far as reality shows are concerned, she never plans her future and she will think about it whenever she will be contacted in this regard.
Here is what she said in an interview, “I don’t plan my future, never in my life, for 15 years anyway, we couldn’t plan holidays or anything like that. But I have not planned anything, I am a very homely person, and none of this is for publicity, and I cannot even imagine going there, Bigg Boss I think is for 3 months right, and even if I go then I will come back in a week because I will miss my family so much, so nothing is planned.”
