Why Broccoli is called a Powerhouse vegetable?

Broccoli, a nutritional powerhouse vegetable, is known for its crunchy stalk and vibrant green florets. This cruciferous vegetable is a powerful source of essential vitamins and minerals, including potassium, iron, Vitamin C, and K. Broccoli and its sprouts also contain glucoraphanin, a naturally occurring compound. What is Broccoli?
