Regarding the matter of the Uniform Civil Code, the Chief Minister of Assam stated as follows: “I believe that after 15 to 20 years from now, every Muslim woman voter will vote for BJP because we have abolished ‘triple talaq,’ and we will definitely Will end polygamy as well.”
