Krunal Pandya makes embarrassing record just after becoming  captain of LSG

KL Rahul, the IPL 2023’s star batsman, will miss the remaining games owing to injury. In the game against RCB, he sustained a hamstring injury. Rahul has since been replaced as the captain of the Lucknow Super Giants by Krunal Pandya, however Krunal struggled against the Chennai Super Kings. This gave him a bad record to add to his resume. Against Chennai Super Kings, Krunal Pandya was out for zero. As soon as he took the field as captain, he got out on zero with this. Prior to him, Aiden Markram and VVS Laxman also failed to score in the IPL. In the IPL 2023, Krunal Pandya has fallen short of expectations.

In the first ten games of the IPL 2023, he has scored 122 runs. He has also claimed six wickets to his name concurrently.

Since 2016, Krunal Pandya has competed in the IPL. He formerly participated in IPL games with the Mumbai Indians. He was a significant contributor to Mumbai winning the championship in 2020.

He was acquired by the Lucknow Super Giants club for Rs 8.25 crore during the IPL 2022 Mega Auction. He excels in rapid batting by starting in the bottom order and also bowls well. In 108 IPL games, he has so far amassed 1448 runs and 67 wickets.
