Alia Bhatt paid Rs 37.80 crore for a 2,497 sq ft flat at Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Ltd, which is located at Pali Hill in Mumbai’s Bandra from Gold Street Mercantile Company Pvt Ltd. According to media sources, Alia has allocated Rs 2.26 crore in stamp duty for this. On April 10, 2023, this selling agreement was registered.
Aside from that, Alia Bhatt has given her sister Shaheen Bhatt two flats. According to media sources, Alia gave Shaheen a property at Gigi Apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, with a floor space of 2,086.75 square feet.
