Salman Khan said that he was very happy after hearing it but after 2-3 months, Aashiqui got released and when Karisma again met him, she told him that now his poster has been replaced by the poster of Rahul Roy (the lead actor of Aashiqui).

You can claim some cash from Google if you clicked on its search results between 2006 and 2013. A class action lawsuit accuses the company of sharing users’ search history with third-party websites without their permission. This has resulted in Google paying to settle this case. The company has, however, rejected every claim and insists that it did not share user information.

The $23 million that the company will pay to get rid of the matter is only Google’s settlement amount of  the case and not an admission of its guilt. Hence, if you clicked on the company’s search results between 2006 and 2013, you can expect to get a cut in a settlement of $23 million.

Who can claim money from Google’s settlement?

Those who have clicked on the search result links that Google Search provided between October 26, 2006, and September 30, 2013, then you are eligible to claim the money. Those who want to claim their money will be the Settlement class members and they can decide until July 31  whether to take part in this.

How can I file a claim?

If you want to opt out of this settlement or claim the cash you have to visit refererheadersettlement.com website. You don’t have to do much as the process is pretty easy.

People who do not want to claim the money through this settlement will be able to click on the Exclusion Form page on the aforementioned website to register for getting a Class Member ID.

If you want to opt into the settlement all you have to do is click on the Registration Form page > fill and submit all the information to get a Class Member ID on your email id provided in your registration form. You can then fill in your Class Member ID data on the Submit Claim page and submit the form to claim the cash.

What is the payment amount?

Based on the current information provided by other reports, every individual who gets approval can receive around $7.70, which when converted is almost Rs 630 in Indian rupees.

What should you keep in mind?

The approval hearing for Google’s settlement is now due on October 12, 2023. The settlement has still not been finalized.

Ashwin stated, “Many individuals promoted and portrayed me as someone who overthinks. When you know you’ll only get two games, it’s natural to be overwhelmed and overanalyze because it’s part of my role… The label of being an overthinker was deliberately designed to undermine me, isn’t it?”

After Virat Kohli gave up captaincy, R Ashwin was one of the most experienced players of the Indian cricket team but his name was not considered for captaincy and the selectors chose Rohit Sharma as the new skipper of the Indian team.

R Ashwin has two years of experience of leading a team as he was the skipper of Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) in 2018 and 2019 but both the times, the team failed in performing well and couldn’t even enter the play-offs.

Disha Vakani aka Dayaben of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah became a household name after she worked in the serial as people loved her acting and showered her with love and affection. However in 2017, she took maternity leave and since then, she hasn’t returned to the show. While the makers have said many times that they are trying to bring her back, on some occasions they have also said that soon some new actress will replace Disha Vakani but till date, the serial is going on without the lead actress.

Malav Rajda who directed the serial for 14 years before quitting last year recently gave an interview in which he opened up on the reasons because of which Disha Vakani never returned to the show. Malav made it clear that money was never an issue for Disha Vakani and she didn’t leave the show because of payment.

Malav further stated, “Disha Vakani had taken a break from the show because of her first pregnancy. The production team was constantly in talks to bring her back. Disha even agreed to come back many times, but due to one or the other problem, she could not return. The first time she made up her mind to come back, Covid induced lockdown became a reason. In such a situation, her daughter was small, and she could not leave her, due to which she refused to re-join the show. After Covid, she was approached again but by that time she was expecting her second child.”

As far as the talks regarding bringing new actresses for the role is concerned, Malav stated that no one could match the energy levels of Disha Vakani because of which the idea was dropped.

Adani Enterprise looks to sell rail tickets online with Stark Enterprises’s acquisition; deal to end.

Adani Enterprises has entered into a share purchase agreement to buy an entire stake in Stark Enterprises Private Limited, an online rail ticketing service. The share price of IRCTC has risen somewhat, yielding a 9% gain.

When it comes to selling train tickets online, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (ITCTC) may soon face competition from Adani Enterprise. Adani Enterprises declared its intentions on Friday, informing Indian stock markets that it has signed a share purchase agreement to buy a 100% stake in Stark Enterprises Private Limited, a website that provides online rail ticketing service.

According to Adani Enterprises’s announcement on Indian stock exchange, “Adani Digital Labs Private Limited (“ADL”), has entered into a share purchase agreement to buy an entire stake in Stark Enterprises Private Limited.”

According to Adani Enterprises, which supplied details on the pact’s objectives, “the SPA records the terms of agreement with respect to the acquisition of 100% equity shares of SEPL and the inter se rights and obligations and other matters in connection therewith.”

Following a large sell-off sparked by the Hindenburg Research study, the NSE price of Adani Enterprises shares bottomed out at around $1195 per share at the end of February 2023. The share price of Adani Enterprises concluded last week at about $2505 per piece, rebounding from its YTD lows and representing a more than 100% increase in less than four months.

ITCTC’s share price recently peaked at $645 per share and closed Friday’s trading at $666 per share on the NSE.

A college in Hyderabad is involved in a hijab dispute after a video leaked showing females taking off their headscarves before taking an exam a few female students who showed up for the Urdu-medium degree exam at KV Ranga Reddy College in Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad, on Saturday claim that they were instructed to take off their burqas before the test.  While some girls objected, the majority of them went ahead and took off their hijabs in order to take the exam. 

Mahmood Ali, the Telangana Home Minister, denounced the incident and promised to take the required legal measures against those responsible. He did advise against ladies wearing short dresses, though.

“While certain principals or head teachers may be doing this, our policy is wholly secular. People are free to dress however they choose, Mahmood Ali stated. “A burqa is not prohibited anywhere in the law. We will act, he continued.

“It won’t be appropriate if you dress in European clothing. In particular, women should dress nicely, he advised. “For women, it might be a problem if they are in less clothing,” he continued. If people dress more formally, there will be tranquilly.

“The college administration made us take off our burqas before going into the testing area. One of the female students who attended the exam remarked, “They asked us to wear the burqa outside.

The female students also claimed that they were delayed from showing up for the exam for roughly 30 minutes due to the confusion. While others removed their burqas and walked to the testing location were female pupils. After this occurrence, the parents of the female pupils voiced their concerns to Home Minister Mahmood Ali. He claimed that although the specific incidence may have occurred because of a specific administrator, there is no law requiring women to take off their hijabs in order to take a test.
