Once on the set of Roohi, he had a sore throat and I told him that there is a medicine called Betadine and told him that you have to have it because it will cure your sore throat. Just because I said you have to have it he took it. So, you need to gargle with Betadine and not drink it. He trusted me so easily that he drank Betadine.”

She further said, “Next day I even asked him, ‘How are you feeling?’ and he said, ‘Yes, it is cured completely.’ I asked him how many times did he gargle and he said, ‘No no I drank half the bottle.’ I was like, ‘Why did you drink it?’”

Well, he looks like an innocent person, doesn’t he?

Mita Vashisht Reveals A Director’s Shocking Condition For Lead Role In A Movie

Mita Vashisht is one name that is pretty famous in both – India television industry and Bollywood as she has worked in a good number of serials and movies and has proved her worth whenever she got a chance.

However, she didn’t play lead roles in movies and mostly she was seen in the role of sister or friend of the lead actress. A pass-out of National School of Drama, Mita made her debut in 1987 with Var Var Vari but she became popular after working in Rishi Kapoor and Sridevi starrer Chandni (1989).

There was a time when Mita got a chance to play the role of lead actress but she refused to do it as the director wanted her to compromise, she said, “He put a condition in front of me that I should stay with him for two months. But I did not compromise and said, keep your role and I went away. I rejected that offer at that very moment.”

Initially Mita thought that the director wanted her to learn the language but when she understood his real intentions, she left immediately.

Mita has worked in various TV serials such as Space City Sigma (1989–1991), Pachpan Khambe Laal Deewarein, Swabhimaan, Alaan (Kirdaar), Trishna in Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki, and Jethi Maa in Kaala Teeka. Here are some of her movies – Drohkaal, Kuch Khatti Kuch Meethi, Patalghar, Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge, and Rahasya.

That was really disgusting on the part of the director, what do you say?

Panchayat’s Vidhayak Ji Aka Pankaj Jha Trolls Indian Audiences Over Their IQ

The third season of the web series Panchayat released around a week back and it is also getting loved by the audiences just like the first two parts.

In this season, there are many supporting actors who are getting praised for their performances and one of them is Pankaj Jha who played the character of Vidhayak ji in the series. Recently, Pankaj Jha appeared in an interview in which he talked about the series, his role, etc. but during the interview he also took a dig at the IQ of the Indian audiences for making non-actors popular and for worshipping them as well.

He said, “It’s very tough to say who is an actor and who is a non-actor but the one who are non-actors are most popular. The success of these larger-than-life films showcases the IQ of the Indian audiences and it’s pretty evident if you watch Hindi cinema nowadays. Those who cannot even speak properly are stars. They follow the same tried and tested formula every time, and there are more talented people in the industry.”

Here is the link of the interview:

Do you also agree with Vidhayak ji aka Pankaj Jha?

Anurag Kashyap Claims Actors’ Demands & Entourage Result In Failure Of Big-Budget Movies

The increasing cost of making movies is a matter of concern for producers and a big role is played by the actor’s entourage in this regard. If you remember, some time back, choreographer-director Farah Khan said in an interview that nowadays, there are actors who demand 4 vanity vans for themselves and they don’t act until 4 vans are provided to them.

Recently, Anurag Kashyap also opened up on this matter and he also talked about the role that was played by OTT in increasing costs. He said that most of the people got to know their worth after OTT boomed in India. In his words, “For example, I had never seen so many vanity vans on my set like I saw on Sacred Games. That’s how the culture got started. Then you can’t reverse that. Finally, those people started getting paid who were totally ignored, which is the technical crew… It’s fair, in a way. But a lot of extra things started coming in.”

When he was asked why big-budget movies are facing problems at the box-office, he said, “Because they aren’t spending on just the film. One thing people need to understand is that when we make a film, we’re working, we’re creating something. It’s not a holiday, it’s not a picnic. A lot of money that is spent doesn’t go into making the film. It goes into the paraphernalia, it goes into the entourage. You’re shooting in the middle of a jungle, but one car will be sent to the city three hours away specifically to get you that five-star burger you want.”

Well such things certainly need to change, what is your opinion in this connection?

Randhir Kapoor Admits He’s Been A Bad Dad, Credits Babita For Karisma & Kareena’s Success

The Kapoor sisters – Karisma and Kareena have made a mark for themselves in Bollywood with their hard work and dedication as they have given many wonderful performances in various movies.

Karisma and Kareena are the daughters of actors – Randhir Kapoor and Babita and in an old interview, Randhir Kapoor admitted that it was his wife Babita who played a great role in their daughter’s success and he didn’t help them much.

In an old interview, Randhir Kapoor said, “I am very proud of my two daughters. They had made it on their own streak. Yes, the driving force was Babita, I give full credit to their mother but they have worked very hard.”

He further added, “When they were very small I never imagined that they would turn out to be such big artistes. I had told them exactly what my father (Raj Kapoor) told me, that you want to do it, do it for sure, if it was a bad profession then we ourselves wouldn’t be in it. If we are doing this work, how can we tell you not to do it? But if you are doing it be the best at it. I am very proud to say that my two daughters have worked very hard to achieve the great success that they have without any support from me.”

Randhir Kapoor also called himself a bawla and said that he doesn’t take work seriously because he is happy with what he has and doesn’t want to hustle at this age. He said, “That way I have been a very bad father but then main bawla hoon, everyone knows I am a bit mad. I don’t want to work very hard, I don’t want to work in many pictures, offers still come, I don’t (take them up). I have earned in my life, now my kids earn much more than me, so I am content, we have food and clothes and home, we have everything, so what more do I want, why should I run around morning to night at this age?”

Well, a pretty honest person he is, what do you say?

Nothing’s India Phone Launch: All you need to know about the mysterious new phone

0

Looking to upgrade your phone? The mysterious new phone from Nothing could be the answer. We explore launch date rumors, design hints, pricing expectations, and everything else you need to know.

Heard the rumor about Nothing’s upcoming phone launch in India? It’s all anyone can talk about – cryptic social media posts, radio silence from the company, and enough speculation to fill a tech convention. But fear not, fellow phone fanatic, because we’re here to sift through the rumors and see what juicy details we can unearth.

The Big Question: Phone (3) or Something Else?

Nothing, led by the ever-intriguing Carl Pei, dropped a social media bomb with a post hinting at a new phone launch. The post itself was a riddle wrapped in an enigma (with a side of emoji), featuring the numbers “3, 2, 1.” Naturally, the tech world went into overdrive. But hold on a sec, folks! Akis Evangelidis, Nothing’s co-founder, threw us a bone by confirming it is indeed a phone, not some fancy new pair of earbud headphones.

Now, here’s where things get interesting. Is this the highly anticipated Nothing Phone (3), the logical successor to the Phone (2)? Or could it be the dawn of a new era, marking the arrival of the CMF sub-brand with its debut phone, the CMF Phone (1)?

Design Dilemmas: Transparent or Matte Marvel?

The teaser image offered a tantalizing glimpse of the phone’s rear panel. Unlike its predecessors that flaunted their insides with a cool, transparent design, this one sported a sleek, all-black matte finish. This shift has the rumor mill churning. Could this be the CMF Phone (1) making a bold entrance? It would align with the recent budget-friendly Phone (2a) that retained the signature transparency. But what if it’s the Nothing Phone (3)? Maybe it’s a sign of a design overhaul for the flagship series, a move that would definitely turn some heads.

Price Points and Feature Frenzy

The price tag is another mystery waiting to be unraveled. Leaks suggest the CMF Phone (1) might fall into the mid-range category, making it a budget-conscious buyer’s dream (think around Rs 20,000). The Nothing Phone (3), on the other hand, is expected to be a premium contender, potentially priced between Rs 40,000 and Rs 45,000. The teaser image also hinted at a possible removable rear panel, thanks to a visible screw. Remember the good ol’ days when you could swap out your phone’s battery? This could be a major selling point for folks tired of glued-together phone designs.

The Countdown Begins: Brace Yourselves for More Teasers!

As the launch date inches closer, Nothing is sure to keep us on the edge of our seats with more teasers. That cryptic “3, 2, 1” message has everyone guessing a third-generation Nothing Phone is on the horizon. Considering the Phone (2) launched in July 2023, we might see a similar timeframe for this upcoming release.

Beyond the Hype: What to Expect from Nothing

While specifics are under wraps, here’s what we can (almost) guarantee based on Nothing’s past:

  • Head-Turning Design: Nothing has made a name for itself with unconventional phone aesthetics. Whether it embraces the new matte look or sticks to the transparent signature, expect a phone that will get noticed.
  • User-Friendly Focus: Past Nothing phones have been praised for their clean software and thoughtful features. The upcoming phone is likely to follow suit, offering a smooth and enjoyable user experience.
  • Competitive Pricing: Nothing has disrupted the market by offering excellent value for money. Depending on whether it’s a CMF or flagship phone, expect it to be competitively priced within its category.

The Final Word: A Phone Worth Waiting For?

The mystery surrounding Nothing’s phone launch has the tech world buzzing. Whether it’s the Nothing Phone (3) ushering in a new design era or the introduction of the CMF sub-brand, one thing’s for sure – Nothing is shaking things up. With a potential focus on user experience, affordability, and a unique design, this phone has the potential to be a game-changer. So, stay tuned, tech enthusiasts, because as the launch date approaches, the wait will surely be worth it for a fresh and exciting smartphone experience!

Fans Voice Special Request for ‘Heeramandi 2’: Want Sharmin Segal’s Character to Be Swapped

Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, the masterwork of Sanjay Leela Bhansali, became a huge hit with the crowd. Many people loved the series, which also marks SLB’s directorial debut on OTT. The fans adored every character in the series, including Aditi Rao Hydari and Manisha Koirala. On the other hand, the crowd severely criticized Sharmin Segal, who plays Alamzeb in the series. Because of the resulting hype generated by social media discussion, internet fans have made specific requests of the series’ creator.

When news broke on Monday that Heeramandi will have a second season, people were overjoyed. In the midst of all of this excitement, fans expressed their delight at seeing Manisha Koirala as Mallikajaan, Sonakshi Sinha as Fareedan, Sanjeeda Sheikh as Waheeda, and Indresh Malik as Ustaad once more on X (previously known as Twitter). They did, however, also say that, given the events of season one, the show would feel lacking without Aditi Rao Hydari in the role of Bibbo Jann. Furthermore, Sharmin Segal’s portrayal of Alamzeb has angered the internet, which demands that the figure be given a new look.

Some fans in the comment area begged SLB to keep Aditi’s character, while others asked for Sharmin to be changed. “Can we swap Sharmin’s character with Bibbojaan so that Aditi can be Alamzeb?” asked one social media user. “Won’t be the same without Aditi Rao Hydari, but will be better without Sharmin Segal,” said another fan. “Petition to not cast Sharmin as Alamzeb,” said another reply.

Heeramandi 2 would not feature Richa Chadha or Taha Shah Badusha in addition to Aditi Rao Hydari. In the meantime, one of the year’s most eagerly awaited series was Heeramandi. Some highlighted the factual errors, while many others praised SLB’s direction. Fans are thrilled to hear that the show will return for a second season and are eager for additional information. The life of courtesans in Lahore’s Heeramandi served as the inspiration for Heeramandi. Before the British era, this was the center of literature, art, and culture.

Bitter Gourd Juice: Health Benefits plus How to Add it to Your Diet

0

Bitter gourd juice might be a natural ally for blood sugar & uric acid. Learn how to enjoy its flavor and health benefits!

It’s a fact that most health drinks aren’t particularly well-tasting. Smoothies made with kale? Is that right—more like, “kill me now” smoothies? However, karela juice, another name for bitter gourd juice, is not the same. It’s possible that this is the Andre Agassi of green juice world; very unpleasant at first, but intriguing history and unexpected health advantages entice you to look closer.

Why the Buzz Around Bitter Gourd Juice?

Why, then, is bitter gourd juice generating so much buzz? Well, for millennia traditional medicine has used this prickly gourd, especially in Asia and Africa.

Recent studies are beginning to catch up as well, and they indicate that bitter gourd juice may be a blood sugar-controlling super hero.

Blood Sugar Control: A Potential Game Changer

Now for the scientific part: Plant substances found in bitter gourd appear to resemble insulin, a hormone that aids in the body’s usage of sugar as fuel. For those who have diabetes, this could be a game-changer, possibly lowering their dependency on medicine. However, keep in mind that this is still an emerging field, so before incorporating bitter gourd juice into your diabetic treatment regimen, consult your physician. Medication interactions are possible, so you want to make sure you’re taking the safest and most efficient course of action.

Beyond Blood Sugar: Relief for Your Joints

Bitter gourd juice may benefit your joints in addition to lowering blood sugar. It’s no joke, as anyone who has ever felt the excruciating pain of a gout attack will attest. Uric acid crystals accumulate in your joints and cause gout, which is characterized by extreme agony and inflammation. Because of its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities, bitter gourd juice may provide some comfort by lowering uric acid levels. But as with diabetes, additional investigation is required before a definitive response can be given. If you suspect you may have gout, get help from a medical professional for an accurate diagnosis and course of treatment. Although bitter gourd juice has its uses, it shouldn’t take the place of expert medical guidance.

More Than Just Blood Sugar and Uric Acid

But there’s still more! Bitter gourd juice has advantages over blood sugar and uric acid. It may function as a digestive aid, keeping things moving along smoothly and putting an end to bloating. In addition, bitter gourd juice’s high fiber level might help you feel fuller for longer, which is beneficial for anyone trying to control their weight. Don’t forget about your skin either! Bitter gourd juice’s antioxidants may protect your skin from free radical damage and keep it looking radiant and healthy—who wouldn’t want that?

Taming the Bitterness: Making Bitter Gourd Juice Palatable

Okay, okay, I understand what you’re thinking. While all of these advantages seem wonderful, what about the flavor? Juice from bitter gourds is, let’s face it, bitter. But do not be alarmed, fellow health fanatic! There are ways to lessen the sour taste and improve the palatability of this green warrior.

Think of it like personalizing a video game character: you have to figure out what suits you. To lessen the bitterness, try blending it with other vegetable or fruit juices, such as apple or carrot. Squeezing a lemon or adding a dash of ginger will also offer some cing and take your mind off the bitterness. As your taste buds acclimate, start with a diluted version and progressively raise the concentration. Recall that consistency is essential! To get the maximum benefits, try to consistently drink bitter gourd juice, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

The Final Sip: Bitter Gourd Juice for Overall Well-being

Therefore, don’t be afraid to approach those bumpy green gourds the next time you see them at the farmer’s market! Juice from bitter gourds could be the missing element in your overall well-being. With a little creativity and a willingness to experiment, you can unlock a world of potential health benefits and add a touch of exotic flavor to your day.
