The business tycoon Mukesh Ambani keeps on making headlines on a regular basis and once again, he is in news but this time he has surprised everyone by giving an expensive gift to one of the employees of Reliance. However, the person about whom we are talking is also a close friend of Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani and he is considered as the right hand of Mukesh Ambani.
We are talking about Manoj Modi who was Mukesh Ambani’s batch mate when he was studying Chemical Technology in Mumbai’s University Department. Manoj Modi has been working in Reliance since 1980s when Mukesh’s father Dhirubhai Ambani was the chairman of the company and he is known as a hard negotiator who is behind many multi-million dollar deals which have been signed by the Reliance company.
Now let us tell you about the gift that Mukesh Ambani has presented to Manoj Modi; the worth of this gift is Rs. 1500 crore and it is a 22-storey house stretched in a huge area of 1.7 lakh square feet. It is located in one of the most expensive and posh areas of Mumbai which is called Nepean Sea Road.
As per the reports, the house is designed by Talati & Partners LLP and it is also being said that the furniture of the house has been imported from Italy.
