She took the young scientist challenge and started working in the same direction. She won the challenge and gave the pathway to the potential drug of covid-19 for successful treatment.

Research on covid-19

Secondly, she research and successfully developed a drug for the effective treatment of covid-19. Her research is mainly focused on protein spikes. She has grabbed the attention of everyone by working on the most challenging disease at an early age. In addition, the best part is that she has done the work using the most advanced available technology that is known as in-silico methodology. She successfully found the molecule which is responsible for the spike of protein of the harmful virus.

Personal interest

Thirdly, Ankita states the fact that in the last day’s media was focused on her search work because of the involvement of the SARS-COV-2 virus study. Furthermore, she added that her studies show the hope of going back to normal life and ending this pandemic. Moreover, she personally wants everyone to go back to normal life again and get productive in their life one more time. She has shown us the right path and she is working in the same direction with the regular efforts she is making.

Normal flu to covid-19

In addition, you will be amazed to know the fact that originally her subject of the research was normal flu, which spread in a particular season only. However, when the pandemic hit she changed her subject and made it to covid-19. She took the help of several computer programs and started working to find the right way of treating the covid-19. In the starting, she worked on the fact that how this particular virus is spreading so fast and what can be a potential method of stopping it.

Inspiration from family

Moreover, she said that she got great inspiration from her grandfather. He was also in the science sector and worked as a chemistry professor for a long time. He also taught many things about the elements and science to Ankita. Therefore, this helped her to develop her initial interest in science and now she just loves it. Now she has the dream of working as a medical researcher and develop effective treatment and do intensive research work in the same sector.

Dealing pandemic

Next, it is a noteworthy fact that after the report of the first case in china several people have suffered a lot from this particular virus. Many have lost their lives and counting is still going on. There is no effective and guaranteed medicine available. Effective medicine can treat this particular virus and provide immunity against the virus. However, the research work of Anika is making headlines because she has done remarkable work in the same direction, which even the big corporate houses could not do.

Moreover, government of the several countries is working hard to find a suitable treatment to deal with this particular virus. In this crucial time, every part of the information about the virus structure and working method has a very important value to find the potential treatment for it.

Conclusion

To sum up, at this time, Anikta has done good work. The mesmerizing fact is that at her age most of the children just focus on playing video games. Failure give a better point of view through which one can march onto success

0

The two interconnected phenomena that characterize human life are Failure and success. Generally, our life comprises positive and negative sides. This fact cannot be ignored.

If one thinks, that failure is a tragedy then he would be going down into stress and depression. Every failure is a part of an experience. Failures are important because it teaches you to appreciate your success more.

Every sphere of human life is constant progress. There will be many failures and complications that can seem unbearable to young people.

A smart individual will treat these risks as a good opportunity for further development and reorganisation of his work. He should understand that he has made a mistake that has lead to unwanted result. He will keep in mind the mistakes he committed and will change his approach towards his goal accordingly. Thereafter, he will become stronger, oriented and competent.

Let’s understand and start seeing failure in an altogether different but positive perspective.

1. Don’t run away from failures

Failure is unavoidable and uncontrollable. We must be prepared to set landmarks of failures, as we set targets of success. Both failure and success provide us with an undying experience of a roller coaster journey as we move forward in the direction of our goal. No one has achieved success before failing. It is the association of success and failure that makes the life-voyage more exciting.

2. Through failure, we came across our shortcomings

Recognizing our shortcomings empowers us to deal with them, and change them into qualities by monitoring the methods we adopt. We can evade the same mistakes in future and make our trek smoother after we spot them. This causes our work all the more effectively, hence making us capable of what we do and recognize where we have to invest in more amounts of energy. This implies better outcomes and an eye for a block. Disappointment causes us to plan better and empowers us to engage ourselves and fortify our strategies.

3. It makes us tough and strong-headed

In any case, as a confident person and champ would see, Failures draw people close to their objectives. It encourages them to recognize what they shouldn’t do sparing their time and exertion in future. It fabricates them mightier and more effective as they push ahead significantly. Disappointment isn’t to fear, yet rather loved. It brings us the capacity to actively develop and put in more savvy work once we understand the motivation behind why we are falling.

4. Failures help us gain experience

Experience doesn’t accompany age alone. It accompanies the stamp of surplus measure of failed attempts. The appropriate response is, experience makes us develop and adjusts us to design our moves and face determined challenges consequently improving our system and making us skilled at what we do.

5. Disappointment causes us to find new ways

Life is an accumulation of moments. What delight is it to walk the convenient way and not face challenges? anything can occur in next moment. It gives us more data about our question and a superior awareness of our purpose.

6. Disappointment or Failure will causes us find who we truly are.

Failure and achievements are different sides of the coin of life. In the event that we flip the coin it has consistently a likelihood of 50% of winning, or losing. Winning is actually the finish of the tour. Notwithstanding, disappointment again provides us with potential outcomes and causes us investigate life better. The more we fizzle, the more prominent we have understanding of life and our own selves. We find our qualities and focuses, as we track forward investigating the expedition of life. Life doesn’t generally wind up us winning. So as to take the better course, we have to walk various streets.

Every famous person likes Einstein, Rockfeller, Nelson Mandela, Walt Disney, Abraham Lincoln, Mahatma Gandhi, Dhirubhai Ambani, and scores of others did not succeed the first time. Time and again they faced failures but they refused to give up and finally succeeded in achieving their aims. they found strength to continue this complicated process of self-improvement. Many people think that failure is the end of everything and they stop working hard. One must not give up, because failure is always substituted by success. You should be patient, engaged and enterprising and your dreams will come true.

Three friends followed their passion and launched this Startup called Trekmunk.

0

The monotony of their corporate lives forced these three friends Harshit Patel (28), Mohit Goswami (28), and Oshank Soni (32), to start up a tour agency Trekmunk, that today has a business turnover of 1crore.

The passion to travel, adventure and trekking was a common interest between these three friends who met each other at a job interview as trek leaders in a tourism organisation based in Rishikesh. Again all the three have a stable corporate job background which they were unsatisfied with. Oshank, an investment banker, Mohit an engineering graduate from IIT Kharagpur, and Harshit was a certified mountaineer.

A similar attitude of the three friends

All three friends had a settle corporate life before they thought to start up their venture. Oshank was working earlier as an investment banker. In 2014 he went for a road trip across Sikkim to Gangtok and then a trek to Goechala Summit. This break transformed his thought process, thereby promoting him to leave his job and searching for his passion.

In the same way, Mohit being an IITian Kharagpur knew he had made his parents very proud But personally, he was missing something. After graduating, he changed three jobs within six months. Eventually, he decided to leave everything behind, took up a trek to Leh, and walked up to Chandar Pass all alone.

Harshit was always a solo traveller from the age of 19. Heeven met with an accident injuring his legs. But after getting proper medical attention and physiotherapy, Harshit was good enough to go for a solo trek within a year,  in Ladakh. This accomplishment encouraged him to take up a developed mountaineering course. Harshit realised that he was not a  9 to 5 job worker.

How they launched their Start up

Coincidentally,  the three men, who resided in different parts of India, met each other at a job interview. They all realized that they were sailing in the same boat and passionate about their love for trekking and adventure. They all were selected for the respective jobs as trek leaders. But Harshit and Oshank quit their job after a few months and went on a bike trek along the Indian coastline. It was during this one-month-long journey they both decided to pursue their passion and that’s when the idea of their start up Trekmunk was born. It was in 2016 November when they registered their company. They also roped in Mohit and the three friends pooled in money to launch their start up. Their vision for this unique your agency was to organise offbeat treks for groups. Further, their parents were not pleased with their decisions.

But the three men were adamant in their decision. To have good work expertise in their newly launched startup, Oshank and Harshit attended a 10-day course called ‘wilderness first responder’ held at the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) in the USA.

A successful start
